How long does the cooling last?
Each cooling cycle lasts around 3–4 hours of continuous use. Once your pet steps off the mat, it recharges on its own in 15–20 minutes — no refrigerating or plugging in required.
Is it safe if my dog chews or bites it?
The gel inside is non-toxic and pet-safe. While we recommend discouraging chewing to preserve the mat's life, the gel poses no harm to your pet if the mat is punctured.
Which size should I choose?
Use your dog's current weight as a guide: Small (up to 25 lbs), Medium (25–55 lbs), Large (55–90 lbs). When in doubt, size up — dogs love to stretch out!
How do I clean it?
Simply wipe down with a damp cloth or mild soap and water. The surface is waterproof and dries in minutes. Do not machine wash or fully submerge.
